A puppy who is obsessed with playing with big, bad toys will be allowed to play with them in the future.
The Maryland-based toy company Toybuzz announced Tuesday that it plans to offer its own toy line called Puppy Toys for the ages, which will include a selection of big, evil robots.
“Puppy Toys will be a natural fit for our community of young families,” the company wrote on its website.
“It’s easy to imagine a puppy who has never had a toy before finding himself in the perfect position to play.”
The company said it was creating PuppyToys to encourage families to “create the same joys of childhood and playtime for their children, while helping kids learn and develop new skills.”
PuppyBuzz, based in San Diego, said it has sold over 500,000 of the toys and is currently working on another 350,000.
In a statement, the company said that it will use the new toys to help “young children learn about the world and connect with others by building on the great minds of science, math, technology, engineering, and mathematics.”
The puppies will be part of a program that is available for purchase at the company’s stores in the United States and Canada.
The company is also planning to introduce a line of toys for kids at schools.
“We will be working with educators, parents, and other community partners to help bring this great new toy to schools across the country,” the statement read.
The Toybuddys have already sold more than 300,000 toys worldwide, the majority of them to schools.
The firm also announced that it is working on a new toy line for toddlers.
